Solent
Rib 460 |
 |
|
This
rib has been designed to suit the needs of sailing clubs looking for a dry
and stable rib they can use for coaching and safety purposes. It handles
more like a 5.5m rib in the water but is compact enough to fit in a garage.
It is easy to launch on a launching trolley by two people. The rib can be
built with commercial D fender used in training and club applications. This
rib also features the ability to store the fuel tank in the console unit at
the front, keeping the deck space clear. The rib is easy to tow behind a
small family car and does not need a braked trailer. It would be an ideal
rib to consider if moving up from a jet ski to a more versatile rib.
Average build time 4 weeks.
