The new Solent Rib 900 has been developed with the additional features our customers requested to enhance their enjoyment of driving a Solent Rib. The rib still has the deep V hull giving an excellent ride through rough water. The tubes have been tapered and designed to give good stability at rest as well as an overall sporty look to the rib. The installation of bow thrusters means that the rib can handle well at low speed in high wind enabling the driver much greater control over the rib when coming along side or mooring. The wrap around console gives greater visibility and room for the driver. Raised bow lockers and seat lockers maximise storage space. The console lifts up enabling wiring of additional electronics, and easy access to existing equipment. Performance as always is key, on the first trial she reached speeds of over 60mph. Fast, stable, and quite, a really enjoyable experience.
